Ragtag is full of fun for the whole family – with plenty of activities you can drop into without booking. From hands-on crafting to imaginative play, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Crafty Café

Our Crafty Café is a great place to come and enjoy a coffee and a delicious cake with a friend. We serve Farrers coffee, hot chocolate, milk shakes and a selection of herbal tea. We also have picnic benches outside, perfect for sunny days.

Make Something In Our Café

Make Something In Our Café

Enjoy a brew while you craft! Our cafe offers a range of creative kits for kids and adults - from weaving to mask making (starting at £4). Little ones will love our Scrapstation (£5), where they can hand-pick materials and let their imaginations run wild. Tables are fully stocked with scissors, glue and pencils - so you can dive straight in!

Paint A Pot

Paint A Pot

We have a lovely range of ceramic items you can paint with our professional glazes. Come and sit in our café and relax whilst painting your pot! Once you have painted your piece we will fire your work in our kiln, which will be available for you to collect in a couple of weeks.

Loose Parts Play Space

Visit Our Loose Parts Play Space

Drop into our Loose Parts Play Space for some creative fun. Construct dens, create go-carts, build pirate ships, an ice cream shop, design ball runs or catapults, there are no limits to what you can create with loose parts. It is a great place for children to play, use their imagination and have loads of fun!

Shop In The Scrapstore

Discover affordable craft materials perfect for independent projects, up-cycling and school resources and help divert waste from landfill. Our Scrapstore stock is ever changing and you can never be certain what you might find. Pop in and see for yourself the goodies we stock.

We are lucky to be surrounded by beautiful scenery! Pick up a free map from reception and explore the local riverside paths and nearby woods. Don't miss out the fun family trail - perfect for kids to enjoy while you take in the views.
