Job Title: Operations Manager
Contract Type: 2 years fixed-term
Hours: Full Time (including 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month)
Pay: £29,452 – £34,320 per annum
The Operations Manager is a new and exciting role which will be pivotal in the next stage of Ragtag’s journey.
We’re looking for someone who has a broad range of skills and who’s comfortable managing staff and volunteers, and taking on a leadership role.
The right candidate will have strong administrative and interpersonal competences and will be confident in a range of settings from children’s parties to strategic discussions.
We are looking for someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved. This is a varied, hands-on management role within a busy creative organisation. The successful candidate will need to be organised, practical, confident working with people and able to identify and solve problems.
