Tie Dye T-shirts & Sewing
For this activity day, we experiment with all things fabric! We will tie dye a t-shirt, sew some funky patches with jazzy fabrics, beads and threads, learn how to use fabric paints and inks and by the end of the day be stitching and textile maestros!
Throughout the day, we’ll take regular breaks to visit our loose parts area, where we can burn off some energy while building ball runs, dens, and much more. We’ll also head out for a short walk in the beautiful countryside around us, so please make sure to bring a coat and appropriate footwear. If you have a piece of clothing you would like to tie-dye, feel free to bring it along, but don’t worry if not, we will have plenty of t-shirts available!
We’ll also find time to enjoy a few team games, tasty snacks, and a delicious lunch.
