The brewery started life in a 30 litre stock pot on a South London stove top and in 2021, they made good on their name and gan yam’d back to Cumbria to set up their first brewhouse on the edge of their hometown. Gan Yam put on events from live music gigs and tap room parties, to their very own festival in a remote Cumbrian valley. You can also enjoy a fresh pint and a chinwag with them at local community events and beery festivals.
