This full-day training experience is designed to engage both children and staff simultaneously. We come to your school and run 4 immersive play sessions with your pupils and staff. Children will take on a series of exciting challenges that involve building, problem-solving, and exploring together. Through these activities they will develop physical coordination, communication and resilience in a play environment that feels like an adventure.
The day concludes with a twilight training session for staff, covering the theory behind Loose Parts Play, practical strategies for implementation and a chance for questions and reflection. This holistic approach ensures that both children and staff are inspired and equipped to integrate play-based learning into daily routines.
Led by an experienced educator, this training is designed for all primary and nursery providers. By the end of the session you will be fully equipped with the theory behind Loose Parts Play, practical strategies and the knowledge needed to successfully implement it in your playground or learning space.
The training is a dynamic mix of theory and hands-on activities including building dens, pirate ships and other engaging projects. You’ll leave with practical ideas and confidence to integrate Loose Parts Play into your school or nursery environment.
This session is perfect for all teaching staff, TAs and midday supervisors, giving everyone the tools to foster creativity and collaboration in children through play.
