Events Producer
Job Title: Events Producer Contract Type: Fixed-term – April-Oct 2026 Hours:1 day per week – Wednesdays 11am-7pm (A longer day 9:30am-9:30pm on 2nd wednesday of the month) In Addition Event delivery dates and additional prep days Pay: £150 per day (£18.75 p/h)

The Outreach & Events Coordinator will manage logistics, staffing, and administration for Ragtag Arts’ outreach events and the Ragtag Parade project, ensuring smooth delivery of performances and community engagement. The role involves coordinating volunteers and freelancers, liaising with partners, supporting promotion, and contributing to planning and evaluation.
Job Title: Saturday Assistant Contract Type: Permanent / Bank Available Roles: – Full Day: Saturdays, 9:00am – 5:00pm – Mid Shift: Saturdays, 11:00am – 4:00pm – Bank Staff: Flexible, as required Pay: £13.45 per hour (aged 18+) £10.85 per hour (under 18s) Eligibility: Applicants aged 16+ are welcome to apply

The Saturday Scrapstore Assistant helps run Ragtag Arts’ Crafty Café and Scrapstore, supporting creative activities, workshops, and children’s parties. Duties include welcoming visitors, serving refreshments, and assisting with hands-on sessions in a friendly, community-focused space.
