Rachel is a primary school teacher with a big heart for play, creativity and community. She leads the way with our Loose Parts Play programme, bringing her passion for open-ended child-led learning into everything she does. Whether she’s setting up playful spaces or supporting families, Rachel’s all about creating environments where kids can explore, imagine and thrive.

With her background in education and play-based learning, she helps shape our programmes to make sure they’re accessible, inclusive and genuinely fun. She’s got a real talent for turning everyday objects into endless possibilities and a belief that play is powerful at every age.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find Rachel dancing the night away at a sober rave or hanging out with her three beautiful boys, soaking up the chaos and joy of family life.
